Cash on delivery Germany
With the "Cash on Delivery" service, payment is made directly to the delivery company (DHL/GLS) upon acceptance of the shipment.
Please note that with this payment method, in addition to the shipping costs, a cash on delivery fee of 11 EUR will be charged.

About the availability status of the items:
As we unfortunately cannot always have all items in stock ( e.g. due to delivery delays at the manufacturer), please always pay attention to the availability status / availability of the items when making your purchase.
Explanation:
Ordered (yellow): These items have already been ordered by us from the manufacturer (or these items are on backorder at the manufacturer), however, we do not have them in stock yet. Delivery from the manufacturer can sometimes take up to several months, for example due to delivery or manufacturing difficulties.
Available (green): We have these items in our warehouse (sometimes only in small quantities). If you order such items, they can usually be shipped immediately after receipt of payment.
Only available items can be ordered (exceptions are a few pre-orders). The items are automatically reserved for you.

VAT refund
The prices stated in the online shop include 19% value added tax (VAT).
If goods are purchased and exported by a customer residing outside the European Union, the VAT can be refunded.
However, there is no obligation to do so.
We refund the VAT from a goods value of 500€ and only with the payment method PayPal.
Please send the original invoice with the customs stamp within 1 week to:

After processing, we will refund the VAT amount to the PayPal account indicated.
A refund to another payment method is not possible.
