Description
The Monster racing catamaran is the ultimate eye-catcher on any body of water! Even during the extensive test drives, the curious looks of the spectators pierced the coloured hull made of ABS. At more than 55 km/h, the monster literally flies over the water - with this speed, the boat almost requires a gun licence...!
The boat is powered by a 3s brushless drive with 3s 1300 -2200 mAh batteries. The brushless motor and the controller are water-cooled in order to be able to deliver the high power constantly. The power transmission from the motor to the three-blade plastic propeller is via an efficient 3mm flex shaft. The rudder system including servo is installed in the model ready to run, as is the 2.4 GHz remote control and the complete drive train. The remaining assembly work is limited to charging and inserting the two drive batteries.
