High-tech power drive of Poly-Tec. The brushless motor 480-42 XL is a high-rotating inrunner, which with a 4.4: 1 planetary gear is fitted. Due to its special winding it is durable for currents up to 80A.

With a speed of 4200 rev / min / V it is specially designed for 3S. With a 3S LiPo and a 13x8 folding prop the motor generates approximately 700 watts. This means powerful climbing after take-off and vertical climbing in flight.

The motor is supplied as a unit including a Maxon ceramic planetary gear. Maxon ceramic gears run extremely smoothly and quietly.
