IMPORTANT DETAILS!

At once after receipt the products have to be checked whether there are missing
parts, damages or wrong deliveries. In this case these grievances have to be reported at Natterer
Modellbau and the parcel service for damage admittance (see contact). A return consignment
strictly has to be sent complete, in original package and in an adequate outer package to our address.
ATTENTION: Damages caused through consignment have to be reported at
the responsible parcel service within 2 days after the receipt of the parcel.
For this reason please read the guarantee terms of the single items.
In the most cases a transaction over the producer is faster.

Never send packages not prepaid!!

IMPORTANT!

If you give up your order as customer (that means as an individual for a function that
cannot be assigned neither your commercial nor your self-employed activity,§13 BGB), you can revoke
your order without any description of causes through statement per fax, e-mail, a simple typing or through
return consignment of the articles. For the dispatch of the revokement or our articles you have to comply
with a revokement term of two weeks. This term begins with the incoming of our delivery at yours.

If a claim turns out as unjustified we are able to calculate an allowance.
