Delivery:
All our prices in euros including German VAT With the order, a contract between the seller and the buyer agreement. Any questions, the customer before the order with us clarify. Deliveries are made on delivery or prepayment - the goods can also be with us in a shop to be picked up (after consultation). For pickup spot can, of course, be paid for the shipping charges.

Dispatch:
We deliver with GLS or German Post/DHL. At wrong delivery  due to wrong address, the postage again due. Special features for delivery: first from 50 euro possible, not to pack stations or mailboxes available!
If you want an additional delivery, you have to pay the shipping costs again.

Right / Right of Withdrawal:
The buyer can his writing (letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the goods within 2 weeks, the contract revoked. The period starts with the receipt of this notification. Natterer Modellbau can possibly by putting the issue / item for a resulting impairment retained. The postage will be returned in any case.

Retention of title:
